- Siapkan air masukkan Kopi hitam tanpa gula
- Jika air sudah mendidih masukkan jengkol dan rebus jengkol hingga empuk dan kulit terkelupas dengan sendirinya
- Angkat pipihkan dengan ulekan selagi masih agak panas,hati2 jengkol terlempar.
- jengkol no bau siap digunakan kapan saja,bisa juga disimpan toples masukin kulkas ya mam selamat mencoba
