Minuman Bajigur Teman Musim Hujan

Bahan-bahan

• l liter air
• 2Bungkus santan instan kara @65ml
• 80 gr gula pasir,sesuiakan selera
•  2 keping gula merah uk.sedang
• 1 rimpang kecil jahe (bakar, geprek)
• 1 bugkus kopi instan (kapal api)
• 1 sdt garam

Langkah

• Rebus air, santan, gula pasir, gula merah, jahe dan garam dg api kecil smbil diaduk smpai mndidih, tambahkan kopi, aduk lg sbntar, matikan kompor,
• kunci membuat bajigur jangan capek mengaduk biar santan tidak pecah ya mom

ow ya ada banyak versi cara minum bajigur ya mom ada yg pake roti tawar sobek,ada yg pake cincau hitam,atau juga dengan daging kelapa muda serut.tergantung selera sih mom kalo saya gitu aja udah enak hehehe..selamat mencoba mom
