Cara Membuat Kulit Risol Anti Sobek
Bahan-bahan:
- 500 gr tepung terigu
- 3 sdm tepung tapioka
- 2 butir telur
- secukupnya garam, merica, penyedap
- -/+ 1 liter air bersih
Langkah:
- Campur adonan kering. Masukan telur dan air
- Aduk2 hingga rata dan dirasa tidak terlalu encer ataupun kental
- Gunakan teflon anti lengket dan beri sedikit mentega
- Dadar 1/2 sendok sayur di atas teflon,putar hingga permukaan teflon rata
- Panaskan dengan dengan api
- Lakukan hingga adonan habis
