Smoothies Pisang Avocado Enak Menyehatkan

Bahan-bahan:

  • 3 buah pisang saya pakai pisang ambon
  • 2 buah alpukat 
  • secukupnya air matang jangan terlalu encer
  • 8 sdm susu krimer saya pake netsle

Langkah:

  1. Blender semua bahan jadi satu,sesuai selera jika ingin lembut sekali atau masih ada tekstur buah
  2. angkat tuangkan pada gelas atau mangkok sesuai selera 
  3. masukan pada kulkas -/+ 3 jam hingga dingin,karena enak disajikan saat dingin dan seger
  4. keluarkan beri garnis sesuai selera misal potongan buah,granola,chocochip,atau keju parut
  5. Siap disajikan hemmm enakkk 
  6. selamat mencoba mam
