Smoothies Pisang Avocado Enak Menyehatkan
Bahan-bahan:
- 3 buah pisang saya pakai pisang ambon
- 2 buah alpukat
- secukupnya air matang jangan terlalu encer
- 8 sdm susu krimer saya pake netsle
Langkah:
- Blender semua bahan jadi satu,sesuai selera jika ingin lembut sekali atau masih ada tekstur buah
- angkat tuangkan pada gelas atau mangkok sesuai selera
- masukan pada kulkas -/+ 3 jam hingga dingin,karena enak disajikan saat dingin dan seger
- keluarkan beri garnis sesuai selera misal potongan buah,granola,chocochip,atau keju parut
- Siap disajikan hemmm enakkk
- selamat mencoba mam
