Bahan-bahan: "Porsi Besar 4 Anak"
- 2 bawang putih
- 3 bawang merah
- 3 centong munung nasi
- 1 sdm butter
- secukupnya garam,kaldu jamur bubuk
- secukupnya kecap manis
- utk sayur bisa brokoli,wortel,kacang polong,jagung manis atau jamur
- protein bisa pake baso,udang,sosis atau telur
Langkah:
- Lelehkan butter kemudian tumis ulekan bawang merah dn putih
- masukan irisan wortel dan kacang polong hingga setengah matang.
- masukan potongn sosis kemudian masukkan nasi, beri garam,kaldu jamur dan kecap secukupnya
- koreksi rasa dan tunggu hingga dirasa matang
- angkat dan sajikan
