Asinan Buah Suegar Pedas Manis Asem Nagihhhh
Buah - buahan:

• 1 buah Nanas
• 1 mangga muda
• 2 buah Bengkuang, kupas, potong2
• 1 buah Timun
• jambu air

Bumbu halus :

• 10 buah Cabe merah keriting
• 5 buah Cabe rawit merah
• 1/2 sdt Terasi bakar
• secukupnya garam,gula pasir
• 8 biji larutan asam jawa
• air bersih 400 ml atau hingga buah2 kerendam

Langkah:

• Potong - potong semua buah sesuai selera
• Rebus air, masukan bumbu halus sampai mendidih dan gula larut. Matikan api, dinginkan.
• Letakkan potongan buah di wadah, tuang kuah bumbu usahakan semua terendam bumbu.Simpan di kulkas,sajikan dingin.
• mudahkan ma selamat mencoba ya
