• Susu kental manis SKM
• keju (parut)

Langkah

• Potong2 tape buang sumbu tengahnya
• sediki di penyet agar merata 
• bakar di telfon atau bara hingga kecoklatan, angkat
• Tata dipiring, tabur keju parut dan SKM
• Siyap disajikan

Note : mengunakan tape yang kering misal peyem jangan tape yang berair.
