ChocotoberFest yang pernah dilakukan tahun lalu, sekarang kembali lagi. Festival ini akan diadakan di Mall Taman Anggrek dan berlangsung pada tanggal 25-28 October 2018.

Memasuki area Festival, Anda akan disambut nuansa sirkus dan berbagai patung hewan sirkus yang terbuat dari cokelat di setiap booth area. Tak kalah dengan tahun kemarin, Aroma beragam cokelat yang keluar dari booth menanti untuk dikunjungi dan dicicip.Selain itu, Anda juga bisa menyaksikan kompetisi Junior Chocolatier, Chocolate Fashion Show, Baking Demo, dan berbagai macam kompetisi yang berhubungan dengan cokelat. Disini, Anda juga bisa belajar bagaimana membedakan cokelat asli dan yang bukan cokelat.

ChocotoberFest dirancang untuk Anda pencinta cokelat. Acara ini sangat cocok untuk keluarga Ada. Sambil menikmati berbagai rasa cokelat yang ada, anak-anak juga bisa belajar mengenai cokelat dan akan diajarkan pula ‘Painting with Chocolate’ pada kids area. Akhir pekan yang sempurna bukan? Kami tunggu kedatangan Anda.

Pernah dengar chocolatier kelas dunia? Sebut saja Frank Haasnoot, Yoshiaka Uerzaki, Davide Comaschi, Marike van Beurden, Vincent Vallée, dan Hisashi Onobayashi. Mereka adalah jawara cokelat yang memenangi kompetisi pada 2011, 2012 dan 2015. Akhirnya di tahun kedua ini, ChocotoberFest membuka kembali ajang Junior Chocolatier Competition. Sebuah kompetisi ahli cokelat junior ini untuk menggali bakat-bakat muda, menjadikan mereka chocolatier yang membawa cita rasa cokelat Indonesia ke pentas dunia. Saksikan final kompetisi di ChocotoberFest pada tanggal 25-28 Oktober 2018.

• Monitoring Real time operasional semua layanan yang ada di operasional dalam menangani traffic call
• Melakukan pengecekan dan tindak lanjut log DC terkait attendance, adherence dan menemukan ketidaksesuaian setiap agent 
• Menjalankan action plan/recovery plan saat terjadi peningkatan layanan
• Membuat rekap performansi service level seluruh layanan operasioanl 
• Membuat rekap data picklist dari setiap agent dan data absensi agent
• Melakukan supervisi bagi DC untuk memastikan setiap DC menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik.

Kualifikasi :

• Max 30 TAhun
• Min D3 semua jurusan
• IPK Min 2,75
• Min pengalaman sebagai call center selama 2 tahun
• Memiliki komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
• Bersedia bekerja shifting
• Mempunyqi ketrampilan menggunakan aplikasi komputer
• Mampu membuat concept scheduling dengan baik
• Mampu membuat forecasting calls dengan baik
• Mempunyai analytical dengan baik

Bahan-bahan

• cabe rawit sesuaikan selera (me.cabe 5000 mrah ijo) 
• 5 bawang merah
• 3 bawang putih
• Sejumput  cumi asin (rendam air panas kemudian goreng)
• 2 batang pete kupas
• Garam
• Sedikit gula merah
• Kaldu bubuk
• Minyak goreng secukupnya

Langkah

• Panaskan minyak lalu goreng cabe dan bawang hingga layu, angkat tiriskan lalu ulek kasar
• Tumis kembali dengan menggunakan minyak bekas goreng cabe bawang sampai warna minyak kemerahan 
• Tambahkan gula, garam, kaldu bubuk aduk rata kemudian koreksi rasa, terakhir tambahkan pete dan cumi asin aduk sebentar matikan api. Setelah dingin masukkan kedalam botol.
• supaya awet simpan dikulkas kurleb bisa bertahan 2 mingguan
