Resep Sate Kere Makanan Khas Orang Solo
Bahan-bahan:
- 3 papan gembus
- secukupnya kecap manis
- 1/2 sdt ketumbar
- 2 bawang putih
- 2 lembar daun salam
- secukupnya air
- secukupnya garam
- margarin
Bahan pelengkap:
- Tambahkan irisan cabai dan bawang merah saat makan sate kere
- Haluskan bawang putih garam ketumbar kemudian rebus bersama kecap
- Potong2 gembus dan rebusbersama bumbu tadi hingga kecoklatan.angkat tiriskan dan tusuk2
- Bakar bolak balik dan jangan lupa olesi dengan kecap
- Iris bawang merah dan cabe tambah kecap manis dan sajikan bersama satenya
