Keripik Singkong Pedas Manis Nagih

Bahan-bahan:
  • singkong kupas kulit dan cuci bersih
  • Kapur sirih
Bumbu halus:
  • 1 kilo cabe merah
  • 1/4 bawang putih
  • 1/4 gula pasir
  • Garam, dan penyedap
  • Minyak goreng
Langkah:
  • Parut singkong menggunakan parutan keripik, tipis
  • Setelah semua di parut cuci bersih agar tidak lengket di goreng
  • Rendam keripik dengan air kapur sirih -/+ 1 jam
  • Lalu goreng singkong sampai menjadi keripik.
  • Tumis semua bumbu halus dengan sedikit minyak masukan gula garam dan penyedap, masak sampai harum dan setengah kering.
  • Dinginkan bumbu, setelah dingin baru aduk aduk dengan keripik sampai rata.
