Bahan-bahan
- 600 ml air
- 1 sdm pasta tauco jepang / miso paste
- 1 sdt dashi / kaldu ikan
- 1 bungkus tofu, potong dadu
- 1 batang daun bawang, iris
- secukupnya Wakame (rumput laut kering)
- secukupnya Garam (bila perlu)
Langkah
- Seduh wakame dgn air panas hingga lunak.. tiriskan, sisihkan dulu
- Larutkan miso paste dgn sedikit air panas dlm mangkok
- Didihkan air dlm panci, masukkan miso paste, aduk hingga larut.. kecilkan api.. tambahkan dashi, aduk rata.. tes rasa, tambahkan garam bila perlu
- Masukkan tofu, aduk perlahan supaya tidak hancur.. tambahkan wakame.. rebus sebentar
- Tuang sup ke dalam mangkok, beri irisan daun bawang, sajikan hangat2
