REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Human Resources Management / Law / Psychology or related area;
• Experiences minimum 2 years in HR
• Details, oriented, assertive, able to work independently
• Have strong critical thinking, analytical skills, fast learner and responsible
• Active English both oral & written
• Excellent skill of Ms. Office (Excell & Power Point)
• Knowledge of labor legislation;
• Experience with interviews, candidate screening and evaluation;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
