#kreasipeyeum Peyeum Schotel Topping Keju Kismis

Bahan-bahan:

  • 40 gr mentega
  • 50 gr tepung terigu
  • 1 kotak sedang susu cair/250 ml 
  • 450 gr peyeum
  • 3 sdm gula pasir
  • 1/2 sdt garam halus
  • 1/4 sdt vanilla bubuk
  • 3 butir telur kocok lepas
Topping:
  • kismis
  • keju cheddar parut

Langkah:

  • Lelehkan mentega matikan api.masukkan tepung dan vanilla bubuk. Aduk rata
  • Masukkan susu cair, gula pasir, garam, dan kocokan telur aduk rata
  • Tata dalam alumunium foil, tambahkan sisa telur kocok di atasnya
  • Taburi dengan keju parut dan kismis
  • Panggang dengan suhu 170 derjat selama -/+ 30 menit
Awasss wangiiinya pas dipanggang luar biasa ya bund kalo pas puasa pasti ngak akan tahan wkwkwk selamat mencoba ya bun enak juga buat makanan buka puasa gak kerasa ya bun bentar lagi ya puasanya...semangatttt menyajikan makanan sehat untuk keluarga
