Bahan-bahan
- 1 sisir pisang kepok iris tipis..NB jangan yang mateng banget
- 2 sdm tepung terigu
- 7 sdm tepung beras beras
- 1 bks vanili
- 2 Sdm gula halus
- 1 sdt garam
- air secukupnya
- minyak untuk mngoreng
Langkah
- Pastikan pisang yang sudah dijemur kering kurleb 3-5 hari
- Campurkan semua bahan.Beri air secukupnya jangan terlalu kental
- Celup pisang yang sudah kering dalam adonan
- Goreng dengan api sedang hingga kcoklatan,tiriskan sale piang siap disajikan
- Selamat mencoba ya mom mudah kok untuk persediann lebaran nanti juga boleh.enak pula
kurang lebih yang seperti ini bu=iar gak susah pas diiris tipis ya mam .
