Ladies yuk buat masakan khas Bandung, ada ayam ungkep khas Bandung lho! Siapkan bahan dan ikuti cara memasaknya!
Bahan dan bumbu kasar:
500 gr daging ayam potong
1 sdt garam
1 buah jeruk nipis
2 lembar daun salam
2 lembar daun jeruk
1 batang serai, memarkan
1 cm lengkuas, memarkan
minyak goreng secukupnya
air secukupnya
Bumbu halus:
5 siung bawang putih
3 siung bawang merah
2 sdt garam
1 cm jahe
1 sdt ketumbar
1 cm kunyit
minyak untuk menumis
Cara membuat:
Bahan dan bumbu kasar:

Cara membuat:
- Rendam ayam dalam perasan jeruk nipis dan garam lalu biarkan selama 20 menit.
- Tumis bumbu halus, masukkan daun salam, serai, daun jeruk, dan lengkuas. Tumis hingga harum, masukkan air.
- Masukkan daging ayam dan garam secukupnya. Ungkep hingga kurang lebih 20 menit atau hingga ayam matang dan kuah berkurang.
- Tiriskan ayam, biarkan dingin. Goreng dalam minyak hingga kecokelatan.
