Jajanan Beken Cilok Kuah Pedas 
Bahan-bahan

  • 8 sdm tepung tapioka/aci
  • 6 sdm tepung terigu
  • bumbu cilok : 2 bw.putih,1/2 sdt garem,1/2 sdt penyedap,lada butir

Bubu Kuah :

  • 2 buah bawang merah
  • 2 buah bawang putih
  • lada butir,garem,penyedap,kaldu bubuk
  • cabai sesuai selera (me 6 cabe besar,5 rawit)
  • daun bawang iris
  • minyak goreng u/ menumis
  • air secukupnya
  • bawang goreng
Langkah

  • Haluskan bumbu cilok kemudian rebus 1 gelas air bersama bumbu tadi hingga mendidih
  • Campur aci dan terigu tambahkan rebusan bumbu hati2 saat nengaduk ,aduk hingga kalis dan bisa dibulatkan
  • Siapkan air mendidih, masukan bulatan cilok. tunggu hingga matang. tiriskan
  • rebus air lagi untuk kuah
  • Ulek bumbu halus. tumis hingga harum.. tambahkan air dan bumbu kuah yang sudah halus. masukan cilok. tes rasa sajikan dengan taburan bawang goreng dan irisan daun bawang
  • taraaa cilok kuah pedas siap dihidangkan
  • NB : kalo suka pake telur bisa juga kok tambahkan telor pas kuah udah mendidih.

  • Siapkan air masukkan Kopi hitam tanpa gula 
  • Jika air sudah mendidih masukkan jengkol dan rebus jengkol hingga empuk dan kulit terkelupas dengan sendirinya
  • Angkat pipihkan dengan ulekan selagi masih agak panas,hati2 jengkol terlempar.
  • jengkol no bau siap digunakan kapan saja,bisa juga disimpan toples masukin kulkas ya mam selamat mencoba

  • 2 ikat daun singkong siangi,petik, cuci bersih
  • 1/2 sdm garam
  • 1 sdt baking soda
  • 1 siung bawang merah iris
  • secukupnya air untuk merebus

Langkah

  • Rebus air, bawang merah, garam,hingga mendidih
  • Masukkan baking soda, airnya akan berbuih, langsung masukkan daun singkong. Tutup. masak kurleb 10menit sesekali dibalik agar matangnya merata.
  • Hasilnya hijau cantik sedap dipandang.

  • Jatung pisang jenis Pisang batu, kepok, raja
  • secukupnya Garam
  • Air sampai kira2 jantung tenggelam saat direbus

Langkah

  • Cuci jatung pisang,belah dua janung pisang kemudian rendam dengan air garam.
  • Didihkan air beri garam sampai terasa asin,masukan jantung pisang masak sampai matang.
  • Cuci rebusan jantung pisang hingga rasa asinnya hilang 
  • jantung pisang siap di olah sesuai selera ya mom bisa juga disimpan di kulkas biar awet kapan aja bisa digunakan.
