- Jatung pisang jenis Pisang batu, kepok, raja
- secukupnya Garam
- Air sampai kira2 jantung tenggelam saat direbus
Langkah
- Cuci jatung pisang,belah dua janung pisang kemudian rendam dengan air garam.
- Didihkan air beri garam sampai terasa asin,masukan jantung pisang masak sampai matang.
- Cuci rebusan jantung pisang hingga rasa asinnya hilang
- jantung pisang siap di olah sesuai selera ya mom bisa juga disimpan di kulkas biar awet kapan aja bisa digunakan.
