  • Jatung pisang jenis Pisang batu, kepok, raja
  • secukupnya Garam
  • Air sampai kira2 jantung tenggelam saat direbus

Langkah

  • Cuci jatung pisang,belah dua janung pisang kemudian rendam dengan air garam.
  • Didihkan air beri garam sampai terasa asin,masukan jantung pisang masak sampai matang.
  • Cuci rebusan jantung pisang hingga rasa asinnya hilang 
  • jantung pisang siap di olah sesuai selera ya mom bisa juga disimpan di kulkas biar awet kapan aja bisa digunakan.
