- 1 buah ayam utuh, potong 12 bagian
- 500 ml santan (saya pakai coconut milk)
- 1 batang serai, memarkan
- 2 lembar daun salam
- 1 lembar daun kunyit
- 500 ml air kelapa (skip klo gak ada)
- Bumbu halus:
- 10 siung bawang merah
- 5 siung bawang putih
- 10 buah cabe
- 1 sdm ketumbar
- 1/2 sdt cumin/jinten
- 1/4 sdt pala
- Secukupnya gula garam
Langkah
Dalam panci masukkan santan, daun2an dan bumbu halus. Masak sampai wangi dan mendidih
Setelah itu masukkan ayam yg sudah dibersihkan. Aduk2, masak terus dengan api sedang cenderung kecil agar kaldu ayam keluar. Masak sampai santan menyusut.
Angkat dan sajikan. Jgn lupa buang daun2an nya ya^^
