Es Dawet Ayu Ketan Hitam
Bahan dawet ayu :
  1. 8 sdm munjung tepung beras
  2. 1 sdm tepung tapioka
  3. secukupnya Pasta pandan
  4. secukupnya Garam

Pelengkap :
  1. Tape ketan hitam
  2. Santan
  3. Juruh gula merah
  4. Es batu

Langkah :              
  1. Campur semua tepungnya dlm satu wadah tambahkan pasta pandan dan garam.
  2. Kemudian tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit sampai tidak bergerindil.
  3. Tuangkan adonan dalam panci lalu aduk2 hingga meletup2
  4. Kemudian tuang bubur yg sudah matang ke dalam cetakan.Saya pake serok penggorengan.
  5. Jangan lupa saat mencetak air sebagai penampung cendol yang dicetak ditambahkan es agar cendol tidak hancur
