Pindang Ikan
Patin Maknyuss
Bahan-bahan
- 3 ekor ikan patin, potong 5 bagian
- 3 batang sereh, geprek
- 2 ruas jahe, geprek
- 2 ruas lengkuas, geprek
- 15 cabe rawit utuh
- 3 lbr daun salam
- 2 belimbing wuluh,atau tomat
- 1 sdm air asam jawa
- 1 btg daun bawang, potong
- 1 ikat daun kemangi
- 2 jeruk nipis
- 3 sdt lada bubuk
- secukupnya Garam
- 1 bgkus kaldu bubuk
- Minyak untuk menumis
- 1 ltr air
- Bumbu halus:
- 6 siung bawang merah
- 3 siung bawang putih
- 3 cm kunyit
- 3 btr kemiri,sangrai
Langkah
- Cuci bersih ikan patin, lumuri dengan jeruk nipis, garam dan lada bubuk. Diamkan 15 menit agar tidak amis
- Siapkan bumbu2. Haluskan bumbu,Tumis hingga bumbu matang.
- Masukan 2 liter air, diamkan hingga mendidih.
- Masukan ikan patin, salam, sereh, jahe, lengkuas, cabe rawit dan potongan tomat
- Tambahkan kaldu bubuk, garam, lada bubuk, air asam jawa. Koreksi rasa. Masak hingga air menyusut dan ikan benar2 matang (+/- 20 mnt)
- Matikan api, masukkan daun kemangi, daun bawang dan potongan nanas.
- Pindang patin siap disajikan.
