Resep Gangan Asam Patin Khas Banjar
Bahan-bahan:    
  1. 1 kg ikan patin, potong2
  2. 1 jeruk nipis
  3. 1 ikat kacang panjang
  4. 2 tomat, potong 
  5. 300 gr kol potong besar
  6. 2 liter air
  7. 2 btg serai, geprek
  8. 3 cm laos, geprek

Bumbu halus :
  1. 10 bawang merah
  2. 4 bawang putih
  3. 1 blok terasi
  4. 3 butir kemiri
  5. 2 cm kunyit
  6. secukupnya garam, gula dan kaldu
Langkah:           
  1. Bersihkan ikan patin,agar tidak amis lumuri dengan jeruk nipis
  2. Didihkan air dalam panci, masukkan sereh, lengkuas dan bumbu halus
  3. Tambahkan kacang panjang dan kol hingga agak layu, masukkan ikan patin aduk rata, tambahkan garam, gula dan kaldu bubuk, koreksi rasa terakhir masukkan irisan tomat.
  4. Jika semua bahan sudah matang angkat dan sajikan
