Roti Manis Sederhna Simpel Banget
Bahan-bahan:     
  1. 250 gr terigu protein tinggi
  2. 150 gr terigu protein sedang
  3. 30 gr susu bubuk
  4. 60 gr gula pasir
  5. 5 gr ragi instant
  6. 4 kuning telur
  7. 200 ml susu cair
  8. 1/4 sdt garam
  9. 70 gr margarin

Untuk isian bisa sesuai selera:

Langkah:              
  1. Campur terigu ,ragi, gula pasir ,susu bubuk aduk rata
  2. Tambahkan kuning telur lalu air sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni sampai tercampur rata atau setengah kalis
  3. Tambahkan margarin,garam uleni lagi hingga kalis elastis
  4. Diamkan adonan 30 menit / hingga mengembang 2x lipat
  5. Kempiskan adonan dan bagi2 adonan dengan berat sesuai selera anda
  6. Pipihkan adonan beri isian dan bulatkan tata diatas loyang yg sudah dioles margarin
  7. Diamkan 15 menit, Setelah itu oles permukaan dengan kuning telur
  8. Panggang dengan suhu 200 derajat celcius selama -/+ 15 menit
  9. Sajikan
