Kaldu Ayam Homemade "SEHAT" Untuk Si Kecil

Bahan-bahan:

  1. 1/2 kg ayam kampung tanpa tulang
  2. 2 wortel ukuran sedang
  3. 3 siung bawang putih
  4. 6 siung bawang merah
  5. 1 bawang bombai
  6. secukupnya Gula,Garam,Lada

Langkah:

  • Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam Chopper atau blender
  • Sangrai di atas wajan sampai kadar airnya berkurang
  • Kemudian oven dengan suhu 180 dercel selama 30 menit. Setiap 15 menit bolak balik agar tidak gosong
  • Blender pakai blender bumbu. Bila tekstur dirasa masih basah oven lagi dengan cara yg sama
  • Kemudian blender lagi di blender bumbu sampai halus
  • Diamkan sampai dingin. Kemudian masukkan ke dalam toples atau wadah kedap udara. Simpan di tempat kering. Insyaallah bertahan hingga 2 bulan.
