Resep Bubur Candil Ubi Ungu Sehat Mudah Membuatnya

Bahan-bahan:

  1. 450 gr ubi ungu (rebus dan tumbuk haluskan)
  2. 200 gr tepung tapioka
  3. 1 sdt garam
  4. 100 ml air

Bahan Saus :
  1. 130 ml santan kara campur dengan air 300ml
  2. 2 lembar daun pandan
  3. 4 sdm gula pasir
  4. 1 sdt garam

Bahan Pengental :

  1. 2 sdm tepung beras (larutkan dgn sedikit santan)

Langkah:

  1. Campur ubi ungu, tepung tapioka, garam dan air. Aduk2 sampai adonan bisa d bentuk. Bentuk bulat kecil adonan dan lakukan sampai semua habis.
  2. Didihkan air, rebus adonan yg sdh dibentuk bulat sampai terapung angkat, tiriskan dan sisihkan
  3. Rebus gula, santan, daun pandan, garam sampai mendidih. Ambil sedikit bahan saus santan yg mendidih campurkan dgn 2 sdm tepung beras (bahan pengental). Aduk rata hingga tdk bergerindil. Lalu masukan bola ubi masak kembali sampai mendidih. Dan masukan larutan pengental, sesuai kekentakan yg d inginkan.
  4. Sajikan
