Keripik Tempe Tepung Sagu Kriuk GA NAHANN
Bahan-bahan:

  • 800 gr tempe belum jadi
  • 500 gr tepung kanji
  • Bumbu celup (bw.putih,garam,penyedap,air)
  • Minyak untuk menggoreng

Langkah:

  • Campur tempe dgn tepung kanji,ratakan menggunakan spatula usahakan jangan sampe kena air karena akan mengganggu pertumbuhan bakteri
  • Masukkan campuran tempe dalam kantong plastik yg bulat
  • Ikat bagian ujung plastik.tusuk tusuk 
  • Gantung bungkusan tempe,diamkan semalaman sampai berjamur dan kokoh.
  • Keluarkan dari plastik,Iris tipis tempe.celup dengan bumbu celup
  • Greng dgn minyak panas dan agak banyak agar tidak lengket.
