Keripik Tempe Tepung Sagu Kriuk GA NAHANN
Bahan-bahan:
- 800 gr tempe belum jadi
- 500 gr tepung kanji
- Bumbu celup (bw.putih,garam,penyedap,air)
- Minyak untuk menggoreng
Langkah:
- Campur tempe dgn tepung kanji,ratakan menggunakan spatula usahakan jangan sampe kena air karena akan mengganggu pertumbuhan bakteri
- Masukkan campuran tempe dalam kantong plastik yg bulat
- Ikat bagian ujung plastik.tusuk tusuk
- Gantung bungkusan tempe,diamkan semalaman sampai berjamur dan kokoh.
- Keluarkan dari plastik,Iris tipis tempe.celup dengan bumbu celup
- Greng dgn minyak panas dan agak banyak agar tidak lengket.
