Kalau sop buntut sudah biasa dan anda sering menyantapnya, bagaimana jika anda mencoba buntut caramel lada hitam. Masakan khas Jakarta ini wajib ada di meja makan anda, berikut resep lengkapnya;
Bahan:
- 600 gr buntut sapi (rebus)
- 60 ml kecap manis
- 3 siung bawang putih (iris)
- 5 siung bawang merah (iris)
- 2 sdm gula
- ½ sdt garam
- 6 bh cabe rawit merah (iris)
- 1 sdt lada hitam
- 100 ml air kaldu
- 1 sdt butter
- 1 bt daun bawang (iris)
- 1 bh jeruk nipis (iris, ambil airnya)
Cara Membuat:
Panaskan wajan, masukkan butter, irisan bawang putih, irisan bawang merah dan buntut sapi, aduk sebentar hingga merata, masukkan kecap manis, gula, garam, lada hitam, air kaldu dan perasan jeruk nipis, tutup wajan, masak selama 5 menit, buka taburi irisan cabe rawit dan irisan daun bawang.
