Resep Bubur Candil Ubi Ungu Sehat Mudah Membuatnya
Bahan-bahan:
- 450 gr ubi ungu (rebus dan tumbuk haluskan)
- 200 gr tepung tapioka
- 1 sdt garam
- 100 ml air
Bahan Saus :
- 130 ml santan kara campur dengan air 300ml
- 2 lembar daun pandan
- 4 sdm gula pasir
- 1 sdt garam
Bahan Pengental :
- 2 sdm tepung beras (larutkan dgn sedikit santan)
Langkah:
- Campur ubi ungu, tepung tapioka, garam dan air. Aduk2 sampai adonan bisa d bentuk. Bentuk bulat kecil adonan dan lakukan sampai semua habis.
- Didihkan air, rebus adonan yg sdh dibentuk bulat sampai terapung angkat, tiriskan dan sisihkan
- Rebus gula, santan, daun pandan, garam sampai mendidih. Ambil sedikit bahan saus santan yg mendidih campurkan dgn 2 sdm tepung beras (bahan pengental). Aduk rata hingga tdk bergerindil. Lalu masukan bola ubi masak kembali sampai mendidih. Dan masukan larutan pengental, sesuai kekentakan yg d inginkan.
