Bahan-bahan:
- 500 gram beras
- 1 butir kelapa parut
- secukupnya garam
- 100 gram gula merah
Langkah:
- Rendam beras semalam, tiriskan, kemdian giling beras sampai jadi tepung (selep)
- Campur tepung beras dengan garam secukupnya,Kukus hingga setengah matang. Lalu dinginkan.
- Ayak tepung dan kelapa parut hasilnya berpasir agak bergrindil lembut,
- Cetak adonan sesuai dengan selera bisa pakai cetakan biasa atau bisa pakai bambu,masukan adonan pada cetakan beri irisan gula merah lalu tutup dengan adonan lagi.
- Kukus -/+ 15 menit hingga matang,keluarkan dri cetakan beri sisa parutan kelapa dan sedikit gula pasir
- nyam nyam siap dinikmati
