Resep Minuman Es Kopyor

Siang-siang enaknya minum yang seger-seger nih, yuk buat Es Kopyor. Bahan dan cara membuatnya sangat mudah lho!
 

Bahan-bahan:
    800 ml santan
    2 Bungkus agar-agar atau puding
    Es batu utuh secukupnya
    Sirup Cocopandan warna merah
    Susu kental manis sesuai selera
    Es serut/ es yang dipecah kecil-kecil

Cara membuat:

• Siapkan Es batu utuh pada sebuah tempat yang nantinya digunakan untuk menuang agar-agar.
• Panaskan santan dan masukan agar-agar dengan suhu sedang. Aduk hingga rata namun jangan sampai terlalu mendidih. Saat akan mendidih silahkan di angkat.
• Ambil dengan gelas agar-agar yang sudah dipanaskan tadi ke Es batu sehingga membentuk kopyor yang mirip dengan isi kelapa muda.
• Letakkan kopyor yang sudah jadi di tempat besar atau gelas dan di isi dengan es serut, sirup merah, dan susu kental manis.
