Siomay Ayam Simpel Enak Sehat
Bahan-bahan:
- 1/4 daging ayam giling
- 2 butir telur
- Secukupnya penyedap,gram,lada
- Daun bawang iris tipis
- 2 wortel parut serut
- Kulit pangsit
- 5 sdm Tepung kanji/tapioka
- 1 sdm tepung terigu
Langkah:
- Campur semua bahan, aduk hingga rata. Tes rasa.
- Siapkan kulit pangsit, beri 1 sendok adonan lalu rekatkan semua sisi. Lakukan hingga adonan habis
- Panaskan kukusan,kukus 30-40 menit. Lalu angkaat..
- Sajikan hangat,cocol dengan sambal kacang atau kecap ikan mantapss
