Resep Semlo Khas Keraton Jogja

Saat bulan Ramadan tiba, pasti ada banyak pedagang yang menjual takjil di jalanan untuk menu berbuka puasa. Tapi jika ingin membuat kudapan manis sendiri di rumah dengan sentuhan keraton Jogja, ada kudapan khas bernama Semlo. 

Bahan-bahan:
    1 sisir pisang kepok matang
    750 air
    500 gram gula pasir (atau secukupnya)
    1 lembar daun pandan
    5 butir cengkeh
    1-2 kayu manis (atau secukupnya)
    2 ruas jari asem (bisa diganti dengan 1 1/2 sdm air jeruk nipis)
    Pewarna makanan merah tua secukupnya
    Garam 1/4 sendok teh

Cara membuat :
  • Rebus air, gula, garam cengkih, kayu manis dan daun pandan hingga gula larut
  • Masukkan pisang dan pewarna merah secukupnya
  • Terakhir masukkan air jeruk nipis.
