Bosan dengan sup yang itu-itu saja? Bagaimana jika ladies membuat sup kepiting dengan kombinasi jagung manis. Yuk mari buat!
Bahan-Bahan:
250 gram daging kepiting
2 sdm kecap asin
1 sdt kanji
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
3 siung bawang putih, geprek
1 ruas jahe, memarkan
1.5 L kaldu ayam
100 gram jagung manis pipil
1 butir telur ayam
50 ml air
1 sdm minyak wijen
Cara Memasak:
- Aduk kepiting bersama kecap asin, tepung kanji, garam dan merica, sisihkan.
- Panaskan minyak goreng tumis bawang putih dan jahe. Tambahkan sedikit kecap asin dan kaldu ayam kemudian aduk sampai rata.
- Aduk telur, air, kanji dan minyak wijen.
- Masukkan jagung manis dan adonan telur, aduk dengan cepat sampai kaldu mengental.
- Tambahkan garam dan merica, aduk rata, angkat dan sajikan dalam keadaan panas.
