Bahan-bahan:
100 gr kacang hijau, rendam dalam air semalaman
200 ml air santan kental
300 ml air
3 sdm susu kental manis
1 bungkus agar-agar bubuk tanpa warna
1 lembar daun pandan, simpul
1/4 sdt garam
gula pasir secukupnya
Cara membuat:
- Rebus kacang hijau bersama air hingga mendidih dan empuk.
- Masukkan santan kental dan daun pandan. Aduk-aduk agar tidak pecah.
- Masukkan agar-agar bubuk, gula pasir, garam dan susu kental manis. Aduk rata dan aduk terus agar santan tidak pecah, masak hingga hingga berbuih lalu matikan api
- Siapkan cetakan tahan panas. Biarkan hingga uap panas agak hilang, baru tuang ke cetakan.
- Tunggu hingga dingin, masukkan ke kulkas dan siap dinikmati saat sudah padat.
