Baso Ikan Homade Lebih Hemat
Bahan-bahan:

  • 300 gr daging ikan yang sdh dihaluskan
  • 3 sdm tepung tapioka
  • 4 siung bawang putih (haluskan)
  • 1 putih telur 
  • 1 sdm minyak goreng
  • secukupnya garam, gula
  • secukupnya air dingin

Langkah:

  • Campurkan semua bahan, aduk rata
  • Panaskan air, beri sedikit minyak goreng
  • Bulatkan adonan seperti membuat baso biasanya
  • Masukkan ke air mendidih tadi, tunggu sampai mengapung
  • Angkat dan tiriskan
  • simpan baso pada frezer kulkas agar awet dan bisa digunakan kapan saja
