Baso Ikan Homade Lebih Hemat
Bahan-bahan:
- 300 gr daging ikan yang sdh dihaluskan
- 3 sdm tepung tapioka
- 4 siung bawang putih (haluskan)
- 1 putih telur
- 1 sdm minyak goreng
- secukupnya garam, gula
- secukupnya air dingin
Langkah:
- Campurkan semua bahan, aduk rata
- Panaskan air, beri sedikit minyak goreng
- Bulatkan adonan seperti membuat baso biasanya
- Masukkan ke air mendidih tadi, tunggu sampai mengapung
- Angkat dan tiriskan
- simpan baso pada frezer kulkas agar awet dan bisa digunakan kapan saja
