Kaldu Salmon Menyehatkan Cocok Untuk MPASi
Bahan-bahan:
- 1 tulangan salmon sisa fillet
- 1/2 siung bawang bombay
- 1 siung bawang putih
- 1 buah wortel
Langkah:
- Rebus salmon dengan 1 liter air
- Potong2 wortel masukan kedalam rebusan salmon
- Lalu masukan irisan bawang bombai dan bawang putih
- Tunggu sampai air agak berkurang,angkat dan saring kaldu
- Masukkan kedalam plastik es,botol kaca,ataupun cetakan cube es ya bunda
- Simpan di frezzer atau chiller,
kaldu siap digunkan kapan saya bunda,tidak perlu repot2 bikin lagi setiap kali si kecil makan ya bun,yuk bikin kaldusendiri lebih sehat dan praktis
