Smiley Fried Potato Chesse
Bahan-bahan:
- 1/2 kg kentang, kupas dan potong2 bulat
- 1/3 blok keju chedar parut
- 4 sdm tepung maizena
- secukupnya merica,peanyedap rasa
Langkah:
- Rebus hingga matang.
- Haluskan kentang, tambahkan maizena dan keju,merica sampai rata dan kalis.
- Gilas adonan gengan roll atau botol, lalu cetak bulat2 dengan gelas. Bentuk mata dengan sedotan dan mulut dengan ujung sendok.
- Goreng hingga matang
