Mi Hijau [sawi] Homemade Bik Untuk Anak-Anak
Bahan-bahan:
- 1 kg terigu
- 2 telur ayam boleh skip ganti air
- 1 sdm garam
- 400 ml bahan cair termasuk telur (sari sayur sawi/wortel/buah bit atau yg lain) saya sari sawi
- tapioka untuk taburan supaya tidak lengket
Langkah:
- Campurkan terigu dengan garam, dan masukkan bahan cair sedikit demi sedikit, uleni hingga tercampur rata.
- Diamkan sekitar min 15menit, agar adonan saling merekat
- Giling adonan dengan gilingan pasta.
- Taburi lembaran mi dengan tapioka agar tidak lengket
- Simpan di kulkas agar awet.Untuk memasaknya, rebus sebentar di dalam air mendidih yang sudah diberi minyak. Kemudian mi siap diolah
