Ice Cream Coklat Lembut Homade Baik Untuk Anak
Bahan-bahan:
- 5 sachet susu kental manis
- 500 ml susu cair UHT dingin (2 utra ukuran sedang)
- 50 gram Coklat bubuk chocolatos,atau bisa dengan rasa2 lainnya
- 1 sdm SP
- gula pasir jika suka
- 1 sdt tepung maizena
Langkah:
- Masukkan susu cair,skm,bubuk choklat,gula masak kompor hingga mendidih
- kemudian masukan larutan maizena aduk2 kemudian simpan didalam almari es hingga beku
- Keruk adonan yang sudah beku lalu mikser tambahkan sp lalu mikser hingga mengembang 5× lipat.
- tambahkan topping jika suka
