Cilung Telur [ Aci Digulung] atau Papeda Telur
Bahan-bahan:

  • 5 sdm tepung tapioka
  • 450 ml air
  • Secukupnya garam
  • Bumbu balado atau bubuk cape sesuai selera
  • 2 butir ayam 
  • secukupnya tusuk sate

Langkah:

  • Kocok telor dan beri garam
  • Larutkan tepung tapioka dgn air tambahkan sedikit garam
  • Panaskan teflon dengan api kecil, tuang 2 sdm kocokan telur 
  • kemudian tuangkan tepung tapioka yg sudah dilarutkan jangan banyak2 agar cilung tipis
  • Taburkan bumbu balado atau pun sejenisnya sesuai selera
  • Ambil tusuk sate kemudian gulung dan angkat
  • Lakukan hingga habis.
Mudahkan mam membuat cilung buat ngalihin anak2 biar gak jajan di abang2 juga bisa mam anaknya diikutin aja pas buat cilung pansi seneng deh ples quality time juga sama anak...quality time yang menyenangkan itung2 belajar untuk si kecil mam....selamat mencoba ya mam
