Tahu Kupat Khas Solo Kuah Manis Gurih
Bahan-bahan
- 5 Ketupat potong2
- 10 bijic tahu potong2 goreng garing lebih enak
- 5 Bakwan potong2
- 5 sdm Kacang Tanah Goreng
- 1 bungkus Mie Basah
- 1/4 Kol di iris tipis
- 1 mangkuk Toge di seduh lalu tiriskan
- Daun seledri dan daun bawang iris
Bahan kuah kupat
- Cabe Rawit ulek pisahkan
- 3 sdm Kecap Manis
- 2 sdm Gula Merah Serut
- 3 lbr Daun Salam
- 5 cm Lengkuas di geprek
- 600 ml Air
- 1 sdt Garam
Bumbu Halus
- 4 siung Bawang Putih
- 6 siung Bawang Merah
- 3 butirKemiri
- *Air Bawang;
- 3 siung Bawang Putih di geprek,lalu di seduh dengan 100 ml air panas,,biarkan sesaat supaya menyatu
- tumis bumbu halus,aduk2 hingga setengah kering,tambahkan air,daun salam,lengkuas,garam,gula merah dan kecap manis
- koreksi rasa
- masak hingga mendidih,angkat biarkan dingin
Bisa disajikan dengan inspirasi gambar diatas atau sesuai selera ya mam...tahu kupat ini banyak sekali dijumpai di daerah Sragen.Karanganyar.Solo ya mam...kalo kesini jangan lupa mampir biasanya mas2nya pake grobak dorong mam jarang sekali tahu kupat dijual dirumah...selamat mencoba
