Es Dawet Ireng (Cendol Hitam) Abu Merang
Bahan Kuah:
- 500 ml santan cair instan
- es serut secukupnya
Bahan cendol:
- 150 gr tepung beras
- 125 gr tepung sagu
- -/+ 1 liter air
- 1/2 sdt garam
- 4 sdm abu merang
- 1 sdm air kapur sirih
- secukupnya air es untuk merendam
Bahan Sirup Gula:
- 400 gr gula merah
- 2 sdm gula pasir
- 250 ml air
- 2 lembar daun pandan
- 1/2 sdt garam
- toping nangka iris / daging durian
Langkah
membuat cendol:
- Larutkan tepung beras, tepung sagu, air, garam dan abu merang. Aduk rata. Masak sambil diaduk sampai adonan meletup-letup dan kental.
- Taruh cetakan dawet di atas baskom berisi air es.
- Tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan cendol.
- Tekan2 hingga adonan keluar dan terendam air es. Lakukan hingga adonan habis
Sirup:
- Didihkan gula merah, air, daun pandan dan garam
- tambakan danging durian atau irisan nangka
- mask hingga kental, dinginkan.
Sajikan
