Kolak Candil Ubi Jalar Untuk Jualan Pas Ramadhan
Bahan-bahan :

  • 5 buah ubi jalar 1/2 kg
  • 3 gelas belimbing tepung kanji
  • 3 gelas belimbing tepung terigu
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 4 sdm gula pasir
  • 1 kelapa parut agak banyak (pengganti air)
  • 1/2 sisir pisang (namanya kurang tau)
  • 2 lbr daun pandan
  • 3 glinding gula merah uk.sedang
  • secukupnya gula pasir

Langkah :

  • Kukus ubi hingga empuk, kupas, haluskan.
  • Campurkan ubi  dengan tepung kanji an tepung terigu, tambahkan air, garam, gula uleni hingga  kalis.
  • Buat bola2 adonan sesuai selera
  • Rebus  gula merah,daun pandan dengan sedikit air.
  • Setelah mendidih masukkan santan,garam. Didihkan kembali,tambahkan gula pasir sesuai rasa yang diinginkan
  • Masukka adonan candil dan irisan pisang yg sdh d potong2 bila sudah mengapung seluruhnya tandanya matang, angkat. Siap di kemas
