Resep Takjil Sederhana Setup pisang
Bahan-bahan:
- 10 buah pisang kepok, potong serong
- 200 gram gula pasir
- 1/2 sendok teh garam
- 2 lembar daun pandan, ikat simpul
- 1 batang kayu manis
- 3 biji cengkeh
- 1 liter air
Cara membuat:
- Panaskan air dalam panci, masukkan seluruh bahan kecuali pisang.
- Setelah air mendidih, masukkan pisang dan rebus hingga teksturnya empuk.
- Matikan api, sajikan hangat maupun dingin dengan es batu.
