Rujak Kuah Pindang khas Bali
Bahan-bahan

  • 2 buah jambu air merah
  • 1 buah mangga muda
  • 1 buah bengkoang
  • 1 buah timun
  • 1 sdt terasi
  • 2 biji cabe merah
  • secukupnya garam
  • 1 sdt gula merah/gula pasir biasa (pilih salah satu)
  • secukupnya asam jawa
  • 1 gelas blimbing kuah rebusan ikan tuna
  • 1 helai serai
  • 1 helai daun salam




Langkah

  1. Kuah pindang: Lumuri ikan tuna dengan garam. Diamkan hingga meresap. Panaskan air, masukkan ikan, serai, dan daun salam. Rebus hingga ikan matang dan kuahnya keruh (± 20 menit). Angkat. Saring kaldu. 
  2. Potong semua buah2an dengan pisau bergelombang
  3. Uleg halus terasi, cabe, gula merah, asam jawa dan garam kemudian tuangkan kuah rebusan tuna sedikit demi sedikit, koreksi rasa  
  4. Siramkan kuah yg sudah dicampur tadi diatas buah2an yg sudah dipotong, rujak kuah pindang siap dimakan
