Resep Jantung Ayam Saus Tiram 
Bahan-bahan
  • 1 kg jantung + limpa ayam




Bumbu :
  • 10 siung bawang merah
  • 5 siung bawang putih
  • 1 siung bawang bombay
  • 10-15 cabe rawit,sesuai selera
  • 3 cabe hijau besar
  • 6 cabe kriting
  • 2 buah tomat besar,sesuai selera
  • 4 sdm saus tiram,sesuai selera
  • 4 sdm kecap manis,sesuai selera
  • 1 sachet royco
  • secukupnya Gula merah
  • secukupnya Garam dan gula pasir
  • secukupnya Air
  • Minyak untuk menumis




Langkah
  1. Iris jantung dan cuci bersih,sisihkan
  2. Iris bumbu, bawang merah,bawang putih,bawang bombay,cabe dan tomat
  3. Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih sampai layu dan wangi
  4. Masukan jantung dan limpa,tambahkan cabe rawit,air,saus tiram,kecap manis,gula merah,biarkan sampai air agak menyusut dan jantung matang,masukan cabe hijau dan cabe kriting,tomat,royco,aduk sampai tomat layu,tes rasa,kalo masih kurang pas rasanya,bisa ditambah garam dan gula pasir
  5. Matikan api dan pindah masakan kepiring atau mangkok
