Bahan-bahan

  • 1 buah jeruk bali
  • air
  • 1 buah Asam Jawa
  • Garam
  • Gula merah
  • Gula putih
  • bahan yang di haluskan:
  • sesuai selera Cabai
  • sesuai selera Cengek
  • 2 buah kacang
  • Terasi

Langkah

  1. Kupas jeruk bali, cuci & tiriskan
  2. Rebus Gulas merah, gula putih, garam & asam jawa sampai semuanya larut
  3. Haluskan semua bumbu yang di haluskan, kemudian masukan ke dalam air gula yang sedang di masak.
  4. Test rasa, jika sudah pas di lidah matikan kompor. Masukan jeruk bali yang sudah di kupas ke dalam kuah rujak. Aduk rata & sajikan
