Tahu Kupat Khas Magelang

Kupat Tahu adalah makanan tradisional Indonesia, berisi ketupat dan tahu goreng yang disiram dengan bumbu kacang. Sering dijadikan menu sarapan di Indonesia.

BAHAN

  • 1 buah Ketupat
  • 100 gr Kol
  • 100 gr Tauge
  • 100 gr Tahu
  • 1 iket Seledri
  • 1 siung Bawang putih
  • 1 buah Cabai rawit


Kuah kupat

  • 500 ml Air
  • 100 gr Gula merah
  • 3 sdm Kecap manis
  • 1 lembar Daun salam
  • 1 batang Sereh
  • 1 cm Lengkuas
  • 100 gr Kacang tanah
  • Garam
  • Lada


Bumbu halus:

  • 1 siung Bawang putih
  • 3 buah Bawang merah


Langkah

  1. Kuah kupat: rebus air bersama gula, kecap, bumbu halus dan bumbu lainnya hingga mendidih dan gula larut. Angkat, saring, dinginkan.
  2. Campur dengan kacang halus, aduk rata.
  3. Penyajian: Haluskan cabai rawit dan bawang putih di piring saji.
  4. Taruh ketupat, tahu, sayuran di atasnya.
  5. Siram dengan Kuah Kecap, taburi seledri dan bawang goreng. Sajikan.
