Resep Bistik Ayam Banjarmasin

Yuk coba kuliner dari Kalimantan, Bistik Ayam Banjarmasin. Seperti apa ya, yuk mari kita coba buat segera!

Bahan-bahan: 
500 gr ayam
3 buah kentang, kupas dan potong dadu
1 batang kayu manis
4 buah cengkeh
2 batang seledri, potong-potong 
1 sdm gula merah 
3 sdm kecap manis
1 sdt kaldu bubuk
800 ml air
garam secukupnya
    minyak sayur secukupnya

Bumbu halus: 
6 siung bawang putih
4 siung bawang merah
1 sdt merica
2 ruas jahe (2cm)

Cara membuat:
  • Buat campuran bumbu kecap manis, gula merah, kaldu bubuk dan garam. Kemudian rendam ayam dalam bumbu kurang lebih 15 menit.
  • Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, tambahkan cengkeh dan kayu manis. Aduk dan tumis hingga keluar wanginya.
  • Masukkan ayam beserta bumbu rendaman. Aduk hingga ayam berubah warna. Masukkan kentang. Tuangkan air dan masak hingga bumbu meresap dan ayam matang.
  • Setelah matang, bisa ditaburi dengan daun seledri.
