Berhubung mau bulan puasa, pasti identik dengan kolak untuk menu buka puasa. Nah jika kolak biasanya dari pisang atau tape kali ini admin akan coba buat kolak pisang.
Bahan-bahan:
500 gr singkong, kupas dan potong-potong kecil
200 ml santan kental
200 ml santan encer
150 gr gula merah
3 lembar daun pandan
1 sdt vanili
1 sdt garam
200 ml air
Cara membuat:
- Rebus gula merah dengan air, buang kotorannya saat mendidih.
- Masukkan singkong dan masak hingga empuk. Masukkan santan encer, daun pandan, garam serta vanili. Aduk rata, masak hingga singkong matang dan mendidih.
- Masukkan santan kental aduk terus santan agar tidak pecah. Matikan api.
