Resep Es Lemon Madu Buah

Sudah mulai memasuki musim kemarin, paling segar jika membuat minuman dingin yang menyegarkan. Nah admin akan berikan resep membuat es lemon madu, mau coba?

Bahan
50 cc air jeruk lemon
500 cc air mendidih
250 gram gula pasir
Madu (secukupnya)
Buah-buahan segar (strawberry, anggur, kiwi, apel, leci dan melon)
Biji Kolang Kaling
Jelly (Potong dadu sesuai selera)
Es batu (sesuai selera)

Cara Membuat
- Siapkan air mendidih. Masukkan gula pasir hingga larut. Diamkan dan biarkan dingin.
- Masukkan air jeruk lemon dan madu. Aduk hingga semua bahan tercampur rata.
- Siapkan buah-buahan. Kupas dan buang biji buah. Potong dadu buah atau kecil-kecil sesuai selera.
- Masukkan buah, biji kolang-kaling dan jelly dalam air lemon.
- Siapkan gelas saji yang telah diberikan es batu. Tuang air lemon bersama buah di dalam gelas saji.
- Es lemon siap untuk disajikan.
